Nearby is a beta. The website, the web app and the Android app are unfinished. They can change from one day to the next. If you use any part of Nearby, you accept what this page says.
The service can close
BTLabs LTD may close Nearby, or any part of it, at any time, with no notice. There is no promise that it stays open, or that it opens on any date.
Accounts and data
BTLabs LTD may suspend or delete an account, and everything in it, at any time, with no notice. There is no promise to keep an account, to restore an account, or to give data back after it is gone. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Bugs
The beta has bugs. Something may fail, show the wrong thing, or disappear. A fix may come late, or not at all.
Security
The beta may have security weaknesses. Do not use it for anything you need to keep safe, and do not treat it as a place for secrets. A weakness may already be there when you use it.
No liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BTLabs LTD accepts no liability for any loss, damage or claim that comes from Nearby. That covers using it, being unable to use it, a bug, a security issue, lost data, an account that is deleted or not restored, and the service closing. It covers every kind of claim the law lets us exclude, including contract and fault, whether or not BTLabs LTD knew the loss might happen.
This page does not remove a right the law says cannot be given up.
